The new dmp depucker/converter  type USE-RS005L assisted by the Kawasaki robot RS005L enables the deloading and converting of containers with great flexibility at low space requirement.

By the dmp depucker/converter the bottles (containers) are taken out of the pucks and placed onto an adjacent conveyor e. g. to  the labeller or cartoner. Bottles standing upside down can so be turned by 180° during the depucking and converting process and they can be displaced defined. The converting onto a conveyor with different height is possible, too. The output depends on the containers to be handled (size, shape and product) as well as on the requested application. The set of format parts only consists of 2 parts. As only the gripping device has to be changed and the format positions have to be selected at the panel a complete format changeover can be executed within 5 minutes. Therefore this depucker/converter can be profitably applied for small production quantities. Another advantage is the compact construction size which enables an operation at low space requirement and which also makes a positioning into existing lines possible.
